| All shipments are subject to stock availability. The cut off time to process an overnight order is 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. In-stock goods are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. If any item is out of stock, you will be notified of an approximate ship date and you will be given the choice of proceeding with the order. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated when an order is placed.
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Post, First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Scottish Country Shop STRONGLY recommends using Express Mail or Priority Mail in the summer months if your order includes perishable items such as chocolates, sweets, etc. Scottish Country Shop is not responsible for melted products due to warm weather.

Products may be returned for replacement, exchange or store credit as follows: Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt and must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip and receipt(s) must be included. In the case of damage, items will be replaced or credit issued. Please do not throw out the damaged packging or items as they may be needed for insurance purposes. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. Scottish Country Shop reserves the right to issue a store credit or refund if any item cannot be reasonably replaced. Scottish Country Shop reserves the right to charge a "restocking fee" of up to $10.00 per item for returned items.
